Richard Weller joined the company in 1987 from Pioden Controls, where he held the position of Production Manager. Prior to this he worked for Pye (now part of Philips). He has fulfilled a number of key roles within the company, including Production Manager and Manufacturing Manager. In 1997 he was promoted to the position of General Manager and assumed full responsibility for the operational management of the Company. In 2005 he assumed the role of Managing Director.
