Formerly based in Newtown, Powys, BELIX WOUND COMPONENTS LIMITED was a subsidiary company of XCEL Power Systems Limited. Since November 2004 all operations have been relocated to XCEL's Ashford site, and all trading is now carried out under the XCEL Power Systems name.
